Processing: Once we verify your claim, we'll ship your replacement product to you immediately. You won’t be charged for shipping on the replacement and reverse pickup of the product in case of damaged or wrong product. There is ₹100 reverse pickup charges applicable for other reasons.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase but would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we offer refund on prepaid orders and store credit on COD orders that you can use for future purchases.
