Replacement Policy:
We want you to love what you ordered! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Eligibility:
- You can request a replacement within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts
- If the product is used or has scratches, the same cannot be accepted for exchange.
- Products bought in sale or offers are not eligible for replacement.
Processing: Once we verify your claim, we'll ship your replacement product to you immediately. You won’t be charged for shipping on the replacement and reverse pickup of the product in case of damaged or wrong product. There is ₹100 reverse pickup charges applicable for other reasons.
Refund Policy:
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase but would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we offer refund on prepaid orders and store credit on COD orders that you can use for future purchases.

Refund Details: Once approved, we’ll issue you store credit for COD Orders or Bank Refund for Prepaid Orders for the full value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs and reverse pickup cost, if applicable). The store credit can be used on any product. There is ₹100 reverse pickup charges applicable.

Note:- In case of damaged product, concern should be raised within 24 hours.
If your address is not serviceable for the reverse pickup, we won't charge ₹100 but you have to reship the product to us.
